Grants Research
Our grant writing staff can locate available grants to fit your specific project. Grants are available to non-profit organizations through federal, state, and local funding sources. The staff also has access to a database of thousands of corporation and foundation grant funders.
The grant writer will research and identify funding sources whose priorities are in line with the project.
Grant Writing
Our grant writers will meet one-on-one with the grant seeker(s) to discuss the mission, goals, and objectives of the project and to obtain information about the specific program areas.
Our grant writers will pre-qualify the grant seeker's project eligibility for submission of grant proposal.
The grant writer will be the liaison between the funder and the grant seeker through the end of the grant cycle.
Grant writing and administrative fees vary depending on the services needed, such as the complexity of the research, application, and administrative oversight. We offer a one hour free consultation to determine how our agency can help and the approximate costs of services.
Grants Administration
Our grant administrator will maintain a fiscal relationship with the funding source to be certain the grantee is in compliance with the conditions as set forth in the grant award.
The following are some of the services you can expect from our grant administrator:
-
Monitor grant project activities, including on-site inspections where necessary, on a regular basis to ensure quality of work, progress of project, and compliance.
-
Prepare progress reports and other reporting required by the grantor.
-
Track expenditures and prepare periodic draw down requests for reimbursement to the grantee.
-
Attend meetings for the purpose of keeping current with relevant changes and up to date information on the progress of the project.
-
Assistance in developing and maintaining a filing and record-keeping system.
