Regional HCCBG Providers
The Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) comes from the Older Americans Act Funding. Established in 1992 under NCGS 143B-181.1(a)(11), HCCBG combines state and federal funding resources into a common funding stream. The grant is designed to improve the planning and coordination of in‐home and community-based services provided to older adults and allows for flexibility in decision-making at the local level.
