Grant Writing & Administration

A critically important part of the services the Planning & Development Department provides to member governments and allies is grant writing and administration. From individual communities to multi-jurisdictional partnerships, we have funding expertise for planning, economic development, community development, infrastructure, and other priorities. Most of the work outlined on these Planning and Development Service web pages are grant supported in part or in whole.

Please note grant research and development services are generally provided to local government members and others on a contract basis for the time and expense required. In some instances, usually where grant development costs are an eligible award expense, such fees may be waived.
