UCPCOG releases Brownfields RFQ seeking consulting firm
The Upper Coastal Plain Council of Governments (UCPCOG) invites interested parties to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for a three-year contract with optional extensions to provide Brownfields environmental consulting and site assessment services to the UCPCOG in support of their recently awarded EPA Brownfields Assessment grant.
